On Tuesday the 10th I made an withdrawal from my fnb_tax_free_savings_account and received this message “Your disinvestment instruction has been accepted and is being processed. For enquiries call on ***“

So I waited for money till today the 16th when I decided to call and found out . The respond was “we rejected your form , it was not properly filled “ with no sms ,no call or email accompanying the rejection . When I ask them when would I know if I didn’t call because now it’s been day six , their respond was “ we were gonna call”
