Worse than the *********!!

Pathetic!! The bank allowed a ********** transaction on my account, it was outside of the country even though I never said I was travelling, it was higher than R500 but FNB never asked for authorization!! They removed the transaction from my account yesterday and today it’s back and cleared!! Now I’m being held hostage for the next month while they “investigate”. Was also told they would be in contact with me on Monday yet Wednesday evening I’m sitting here and no one has bothered to contact me. Useless.
