Worse than government departments. Pathetic Bank

I have FNB LOCClaims, What a **** we have put claim in February and it’s April they are still waiting for management to sign up our claim. This happened before, I end up getting lawyers and pays them from our pocket Every department in that bank it’s mess. We purchased property last year and the property was registered on 19 December 2025, so they were supposed to deduct on 31 December. FNB homeloan they didn’t not deduct their first instalment, they decided to deduct two instalment in January without any communication
