Worse than ABSA

App**** 3x for a credit card and got rejected with no explanation despite having had a credit card at Absa for 8 years and them somehow being willing to give me a ridiculously large personal loan. App is useless and un user friendly, messaging service doesn't work, nobody answers the phones. I never thought I'd hate a bank more than I hated Absa.
