Worse services

I have over 3 months since I have logged a call with fnb Merchant services,their service is pathetic and they impossible to work with, all the want is to monthly debut their monthly fee the device I am no longer using, this is *****,I am tired of them,they also refusing for me to do hand delivery at the branch,I'm thinking of reporting then to financial ombudsman.
