Worse service what a disappointment

We are Wealth clients with Fnb for year and requestef a letter confirming that we have a joint account. Fnb advised that this will take 48 hours. Now 4 days later we still waiting and when we phone we never can get hold of our personal banker. Or anybody that want to assist. Worst service ever.
