Worse service from a bank

Worse service from a bank. I have been trying to get a paid up letter from fnb since 7 june. I have been calling and email and keep being told it will be sent but still have not received it. If i email they dont respond. This is the worse bank and when i get my letter I will be closing this account. Very unhappy with there service!!!!
