Worse service FNB life

I have been a client of FNB all my live ,I took out a Credit protection plan with FNB life couple of years ago to protect myself if I come in a situation where i was unable to pay my account as per agreement.This deduction go every month but get no joy with them to forfull there side I made numerous calls and everytime been promised that this quiry has been escalated to supervisor and that they Will give me a call back before end of business up until now I have not received any response
