Worse service ever, time to leave!!

FNB didnt send a debit oder request of R138.08 for my home loan this month. Now they are saying my account is in areas, thus they took away the funds on my flexi option of R192k. This morning I spoke to 7 people, spent over an hour on the phone with no help, my banker is not picking up her phone or responding to my emails.The last guy I spoke to promised to call me at 09:30 and until now still nothing. What ******* is this? I need my money back before end of day and this better not affect my credit score. You guys are *****, make us pay serious monthly banks charges in return for bad service.
