WORSE SERVICE EVER!

I am flabbergasted at FNB's connect services, they sold me a non functioning laptop, they took a week to get back to me but now I am must pay for their delay?! and now that I want to cancel the contract, they will charge me a cancelation fee? what nonsense, I am disgusted by FNB really! pathetic
