Worse service ever

I’m so dissapointed in the service received with Fnb,I am a wealth client and on numerous occasions have requested them to change life insurance debit dates and bank charges debit dates and this has now affected negatively when applying for the future funds available on my home loan with Fnb,I remained a valued customer although other institutions have been bothering me constantly to bring my business to them, and this is how you treat your valued customers
