Worse service EVER!!!

Dear FNB, I paid my temporary loan in November (in full), I have a paid up letter from your third party but its been +60 days and my profile hasnt been updated on Transunion, when I call FNB, they are asking me for the card number which I dont have because I dont bank with you guys anymore. Please update my profile ASAP
