Worse service ever

FNB must just decide if you want business to go ahead or not, we had a bond approval sometime April this year. Bitterness is clearly from the fact that I did not take the life policy from FNB opted for another supplier. It was first rejected because it did not include disability and retrenchment, now its been rejected because it has no word of morgage in it even when it has been ceded to FNB. Its either you have a very *********** administrator who we don't know what next they want on the life policy or you just take responsibility of cancelling this whole transaction because you clearly do not want it to proceed. For 3 months we have been back and forth with FNB demands. I have a banker who has never once informed me of the developments of the transaction, I'm receiving developments from the estate agents. I honestly expected better than this constant middle finger I'm getting.
