Worse service ever

I opened an estate account last year November I think December money was sent to that estate and FNB refuses to release those fund saying my LOA ID is incorrect yet I have been using it for everything that needed it and never had hustle because everything is correct besides the year 93 - 92 only? Since December I'm told to wait 7days up until now, when calling wasting one's airtime without being assisted listening to those stupid songs they play non-stop...... Worse service ever, full of regrets shame
