Worse service

I have reported a ***** case with fnb and submit all the required information. I received a message that my case has been closed on the 19 December, case no:***. Since the 19th i have been calling holding for hours and been transferred from one department to the next with no help.. I want to know the outcome the case since its been closed.. I have not received any feedback.. This pathetic service especially the ***** call center holding for 2 hours today. I gave up.
