Worse serve ever!

I wanted a paid up letter on my old loans that I paid up but they are still reflecting on my credit report which they adversely affecting my credit score as it shows in arrears but they are paid off. They take forever to give me my paid up letters. I am even thinking of letting go of this bank it doesn't help me anyhow
