Worse serve ever

Firstly the only reason there is 1 star is due to the fact that I have to chose a star otherwise there would be no star. So seeing that we are falling on hard times, a little bit of money that I had saved away I had taken it out of an investment and settled a credit card and a personal loan with FNB and that was in March this year, since then even through lockdown (and remember I am essential services) also only breadwinner supporting an entire household, I called and complained and complained about wanting a paid up letter, the one response I do get it for an account I settled in 2008. Again I begged and still nothing, my credit rating has dropped my 6 points and then I say this to FNB agents the answer I get is oh that is your problem, we just give loans, if you settle you must take it up yourself, yet I get about 20 calls during, before and after working hours when I am as tired as a dog to take out funeral cover with FNB or FNB insurance yet you want me to fight with you for a paid up letter because as your call centre has confirmed it is not their problem I need to fight my battles myself, so if that is the case then why not give me my paid up letters … now I wonder if those accounts were actually mine or if FNB used my money for someone else, since they sending me paid up letters for 2008, then that means there was no credit card or loan that was new for me??? Better still was that I had a loan with direct axis via FNB that was also settled at the same time, believe it the account shows as paid up with ITC and Experian, so you tell me, 3 accounts with FNB settled the same time, 1 shows up as paid and the other 2 still show a huge outstanding balance? the settlements department cannot find the accounts and my money is gone … where do I turn to next as no one in FNB can help with anything, and they are as rude as ever.
