Worse experience with Smart Housing Plan at FNB

So I submitted my application 3 weeks ago for a additional loan amount on the Smart Housing Loan that I already have with FNB. 2 days later I was told it was approved, and they wouwl assign a consultant to call me and discuss the financials. That never happened, on the 14th when I called I was told they are not working on the 15th due to taxi strike, and ofcourse on the 16th it was a public holiday. When I returned to work on Monday, I got an SMS saying my applications was declined. I called in, suprised becasue it was already told that my application was approved. Another shocking news, they told me it was declined becasue I am under debt review. I AM NOT, and I WAS NEVER. it also came into my attnetion that FNB was experiencing system problems and that resulted for a lot of applications do be declined due to wrong information they mixed from ITC. The consultant asked me to send him a report from ITC, I called ITC same day (Monday) and requested a full report, they sent it to me and there was nothing talking about debt review. And they told me they would escalate the issue to IT department to remove the remark, it was a system problem. I got another call from the IT department who confirmed with me that they can not see anything talking about Debt Review on their side. So i called in again the Smart Housing Plan, they told me they had recaptured the application 4 times.

According to my knowledge scoring multiple times reduces your credit score and makes you high risk, FNB doesnt care about that, I am the one who is going to face all the consiquences of their system faliures. i have sent numerous email to Andile Myoli, he never bothered to answer a single email from me. I have been sent from pilar to post with noi concrete information or resolution. I am using my personal airtime to call everyday, I dont know how many times I have called your office with no assistance or whatsoever.
