Worse experience from any bank

Pathetic!!!!

Ive not been able to get hold of my personal banker Percy from Lynwood branch since 22 September. What makes it even worse, she misspelled my Company name and now all my Statements are invalid.

I am also not able to add a secondary profile to my account, something the Banker can assist with, but she is nowhere to be found. Went to the Centurion brach 2 times and still not resolved.
