Worse experience ever dealing with FNB customer care.

I had taken a personal loan from FNB, which was set to be deducted from my salary every month and then I had taken a temp loan which immediately went towards the repayment of the personal loan. Sadly, not a single advisor could see that this was incorrect and that a loan cannot be repaid with another loan. I have been given the run around and kept on being told systems are down. Till date nothing has been reversed and I guess I have to still pay for something that I have not even used. Some of the most unhelpful experience I have had dealing with this query. FNB used to be a very good bank but sadly for the customer service provided, I cannot say the same. I just wonder what happens to the elderly.
