Worse customer service ever

I'm at my wit's end with FNB. I need to reverse an unauthorised debit and I'm Soo frustrated. I don't need Covid relief or any kind of help from FNB as I know very well that FNB is not in the business of helping anyone. Some one help me reverse my money and you will never hear from me gain at FNB because I have had it, I will move my account and my family's and be done with this craziness.
