Worse Customer Service!!

***** has been committed on our account and our Online banking profile has been blocked by accident. We have called FNB, chatted online and logged enquiries but FNB hasn't gotten back to us! This is unacceptable and y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. We can't do anything with our money and we are working all the time and have time to go into bank. So disappointed in FNB
