Worse customer service

On 28 December 2020 I withdrew cash from a non FNB ATM and the cash did not dispense. On the same day I called and the person who helped me sent me a ATM dispute form which I filled and emailed it back. Till today (31 January 2021) my case was not solved. I have even been to branch. The money showed to have been withdrawn on the 30 of December 2020 instead of 28th.
