Worse Bank of my life time

I thought FNB was the best efficient bank ever but recently I am not so sure. I have been given the worst services ever by their tellers. I went to the bank at cresta to ask for downgrade on my current account. To my surprise that never happened, they gave me a round around till the branch manager lady called to ask about my incident. She promised to go check and come back to me about the resolution. She never did that. This was around August. Last week my Acc had missing funds and I called and no one could assist or explain what happened. Today again my Acc is debited by who? Only God knows. I am tired and your service for your clients sucks big time.
