Worse Bank in The world

FNB early ***** detection is stopping any and all of my transactions in Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. I cant pay for my hotels. Then the ***** help line, no help at all, have no idea how to unblock your card. 25 days in a row. Emails get ignored. The incompetence in FNB oozes, 1 in ten people will try to help you. No call is under 30 minutes. They want me to phone them, on an international call and hold on fir 39 minutes. Just to have the call dropped. Supervisors and senior managers struggle to speak English, and are so useless. They have 10 departments just in the card ***** department. They are nit alowed to contact you via WhatsApp. Im sitting on an island. No one can remove ***** early detection either. So every transaction overseas gets flagged as *****. Who are the people that get paid to design a flawed system, the CEO should get fired, to ***** up a bank so well. Clearly No Competant people left in FNB. Pathetic how a bank can go down so fast, and still charge you for service not rendered.
