worse bank in the world

FnB is the most useles bank to ever bank with. it is unfortunate that this pandemic has exposed how little they care for their clients. i have been trying to contact the bank since July to make arrangements for my personal loan but the bank refuses to engage with me and instead directs me to communicate via the app. it is very ironic how other banks like Absa, Standard and Capitec has show patience to assist me during this difficult time, but the bank that i bank with refuses to engage with me. technology is going to be the downfall of Fnb. they have definitely lost me as a client. unhappy client
