Worse bank in sa

I changed from nedbank to fnb what a super bad move. 1st they try to force me to stay private client then as they go on i basically had to do my debit orders switch on my own. Now i went to deposit a tjek on thursday at fnb waterfall mall in rustenburg then got told sorry we dont bank tjeks only on mondays, wednesdays and fridays before 10...***!!!!!!!the tjek was urgent and i couldn't go on another day how ridiculous and pathetic the worse bank in sa by far im for sure going back to nedbank. Pathetic service since day 1 and just get worse and worse.
