worse bank FNB
I settled my loan on the 27th of February 2015 to my surprise my account was suddenly debited today on the 24th of June 2015 by FNB Loans . No one informed me that my account will be debited because I was under the impression that I settled my account4months ago. It's soo simple to get to a conclusion that Fnb has employed *********** employees because when I phoned the loan division, I was told that they made a mistake when they gave me my settlement does the customer pay for employees mistake?hope the CEO of FNB see this email
