WORSE BANK EVER - FBN

I recently opened a Paypay account -- but the only way I can draw the funds is through an FNB account. I am not a client of theirs but apparently one can create an online profile and then link it to the paypal account. But you only have 30 days do draw your paypal funds or you will lose them..... So -- 6 days ago, I created the profile. When I tried to link it -- I was told that I had to FICA the profile. There is NO indication on HOW to do this. What docs are needed and WHERE to send them. I have been emailing them DAILY. And countless online submissions. They just ignore me. Seems that they WANT the 30 days to lapse so that I can lose the money I have no words for FNB..... The banking in this country is really pathetic
