WORSE BANK EVER

I do not know where to begin with these useless C$#@. I had major issues with this Bank when I needed 1 month's Payment relief for January as I had other issues that required urgent attention. It took them weeks to come back only with a **** response that would mean they wanted to technically give me a loan for the relief I needed and add that onto my outstanding bond balance over the remaining term of the bond. This is absolute greed as it would mean they would in effect collect almost 3 times the amount I needed the help for. Surely they could have simply extended my bond term by only one months installment. My Partner warned me about these legal ****** so now I am getting rid of all my other credit agreements with these F%%#@ so that when I only have my bond left I am moving that bond to another bank. My partner helped me settle my very small personal loan with them a few days ago. On the 31st January 2023 I called their call center and asked for a settlement amount on my Credit Card and was given an amount of R15 810.35 and told I had until the 06th February 2023 to settle it or else more interest will be calculated. I then Decided to settle the credit card yesterday and actually paid R15 811.00. Today when I called at approximately 14h40 to enquire when these accounts will be closed and removed from my App a very sarcasticaly rude agent told me that no I have not settled the account and that there is still a R0.40 outstanding I completely lost it. I actually paid more than the amount they gave me and now they still want more. Its not the amount as a 40CENTS. Really. I have F^%^$@# had it with this bank. PEOPLE visit my partners Countless Complaints we have lodged over the years from not being able to help set up his business banking app, changing a simple user password and from me to Lies from Wesbank, to not initially approving my bond with **** excuses to not giving me relief for a single month considering I have been banking with them for many many many years, NEVER PAID LATE, NEVER DEFAULTED, took out various agreements and settled them YEARS before they were due to be settled, even settling my car 8 months before the time. To them even sending me other peoples bank statements. This is the **** service I get. They are not he Changeables . SIMPLY DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. I am taking his advise and leaving them. Even prepared to start all over on my bond simply to move away from these GREEDY, *********** and USELESS bank. I am begging you all not to ever bank with them
