Worse bank ever
I have never had such bad service in my life, fnb has been ridiculous with service, I have been asking for months so they can just close my one gold cheque account and it's still not been sorted, now I have lost money because they can't even close my account and nothing is done about this I'm really not happy at all with this bank and if this carries on I'm strongly going to be moving to a bank that can actually help when someone needs help

05 May 2021, 10:48Good day I have been on the phone with fnb since this morning and I got no where with them I have ask fnb to close my gold cheque account for months now and nothing has been done I have lost money now because of it and all fnb is doing is smiling because they got there money and now I'm sitting with that loss of money because fnb does not care about that it's ridiculous and I have never had such bad service in my life
