Worse Bank Ever

Hello. On 23 September I transfer R1559 to my Smart spend loan and another arranged amount of R811 went of my account which then brought my debt to ZERO balance. Later in the month I noticed a new debt of R179.23 which I didn't understand. On the the 6th October there was a deduction of 1622.79 that went off which also didn't understand since the new debt was only R179.23 I then sent a complaint which I still did not receive a feedback for. Today 12 I called in only to be told that a refund request has to be submitted. Best on the past experience with the same queries with FNB, I suppose it take another mother before I receive my refund from them. I am not sure whether I should close account with FNB and move to another institution since I seem to be struggling with them every month, check the records.
