Worse bank ever

FNB is the worsed bank to bank with in South Africa. I asked them for a reversal of money that i payed incorrectly via EFT and they just told me that they cant help me to to a reversal. So i decided to close my account with them and this was also another thing as it apparently takes 5 working days to close an account. What nonsence is this. Please SA stay away from these clowns
