Worse bank ever

Pathetic service from FNB, I opened an current account in September with them I even convinced my partner to do the same, few days after the account is open i get a call saying there was a security threat on my account. The lady then informed me that the account will be closed then I must go to the bank to rectify it. I went to the branch and I found that the account is not closed instead its running on a minus. They told me I needed to pay that money, Had I known the account is open I wouldve deposited money. I have sent a complained its been over 5 days no one bothered to call to try resolve it. never bank with FNB
