Worse bank

Fnb does not take complaints seriously. Who should you be for them to take you seriously or who should you talk to?

I reported the worst investigation officer Thabo Lebepe and no one has done anything to even call like they say within 48hours.

He then types and email whereby proudly so tells the team leader Samantha to tell me that it's not his fault. It makes me think maybe fnb doesn't actually put us ordinary individuals seriously.
