The service I got from Warona Mokganyetji from first national bank Goldman street Florida was beyond my expectation it was excellent. I was standing in the line to go into the bank but due to having a new born baby in the car I keep running to the car this lady printed my ticket to go In and as I came back she insisted for me to go back to make sure I burbed the baby after she drank while she kept my place. I must say after banking with fnb for years I never felt so happy about the service like yesterday. I want to send a big thank to Warona I will never forget your kindness. Regards Natasha Chummie
