Words can not describe my dissapointment

Due to unforseen circumstances I didnt receive my salary on the 25th of June. I got a call on the 30th of June after receiving a sms that my overdraft was in excess from FNB. I missed the call and called back and got through to Maya. She advised that i need to make the payment to avoid my debit orders being unpaid. I told her that I will be receiving money before the 3rd of July and if she could please adjust the system for the 3rd. She agreed and told me to send my payslip in order for her to adjust the system. Unfortunately the payslip was not yet loaded on my system so I couldnt send it then but never the less she sent an email saying the she will adjust the system to the 3rd.
3 hours later i got smses advising me that all my debit orders were unpaid after I had spoken to her and she agreed to adjust the system that payment will made to my account before that 3rd.
I called her and was advised that she had left for the day coz she wasnt well. I received payment same nyt but it was too late and charges were incurred.
I know that my debit orders were not her problem but I can't help but feel that if the system had been adjusted as per our agreement I wouldnt have unpaid debit
