Wooping R50 ewallet reversal fee

I could not believe that FNB can charge R50 for reversing an ewallet transction. I needed to reverse it because the person I was sending the money lost the sim card. Worse part of it, I had to phone their call centre and hold the phone for over 30 minutes, taken from one person to the next. According to FPB reversal cannot be done electronically, one need to call, unfortunately hold for very long time. I was even told that in fact there was no reversal allowed for ewallet, I just wonder what are they doing with our service fees that they charge us monthly which are even very high, over R400 a month, because they are supposed to invest on systems that will make this service more customer friendly.
