Woolworths. FNB. Nedbank. Have no idea of how to help their customers.

I have banked with FNB for a while now. My Transunion credit record is good and everything is up to date. Except for my fnb credit card. It was paid off. Even so it is now a prescribed account. I would so love to have a checking account and a credit card with my bank. I have just gone through the most ********** situation. My daughter was detained in Thailand. I was desperate to go get her my bank wouldn't help. Woolworths would not give me an increase on my loan account because I was to early to apply. I even paid an online site to get Sivi Pillays email address. Waisted my money. I begged and I have never missed a payment. Nedbank basically told me in a matter of seconds that it was too soon for an increase on my credit card. And a Loan and overdraft was out of the question. I have cystic fibrosis all the money I have saved since I found out I had to close the fixed deposit account and use what I had saved to leave them. None of my financial institutions gave a ****. The computer is Law. There is no human sympathy. I feel sickly that In my time of need. Woolworths. Nedbank. FNB. Rcs None of them would help me. None of them would allow me to talk to a manager. I have my daughter but now I have to help her with a problem she brought back with her from Thailand. Why bother.

Feedback. That's the new word corporations use to actually say to the public that they are doing something about it. It's like telling someone to have faith. Please if you were going to do something a little advice. Actions speak louder than word's. Nicole Bromilow

That has happened already about one and a half month's ago. Here we go all over again. I am actually sitting on my bed crying because Woolworths declined an increase on my loan account. And I have never missed a payment.

This has been done before about one month ago . How many times must I go around in this loop. It seems to me that nobody knows what is going on at Fnb. A prescribed account is not a difficult concept to grasp. You are a bunch of lost employees who hate their jobs and could care less about their clients.
