Won't return money owed to me

I bought a fnb connect package from I returned the package within 7 days. However the problems where yet to start. On returning the device the system crashed, I was not given any proof of return I was told within 24 hours my funds would be returned. All have yet to happen I then called fnb who then informed me if have to wait for another 24 hours. Please return my money you have your phone.
