Won't rest until it's resolved!

I recently needed to go to Fnb as I live overseas and suddenly couldn't access my account at all. I ended up at FNB Margate and I'm so happy that I did. There was so much red tape, but in the end after 4 hours, the issue was fully resolved. I get it. The security is important, but FNB , your people are fantastic. I dealt with Kobus Snyman, who wouldn't give up till we sorted everything out. Thank you Kobus, and FNB Margate.
