wont refund my money
terrible terrible service with no feedback. owe me a R16 000 refund now for 9 weeks, and keep on insisting they have refunded me. wont send me a full POP and my bank has contacted them numerous times to inform them not received. still no joy. not sure if ever going to see my money again

***** promised 3-5 days maximum. now on 20 days and still dont have my money and no replies on any emails, permanently unavailable on email.
