Won't close credit card account

I've been trying for 1 week to close my credit card account. I am a private wealth client and paying a premium for what should be great service. My private banker Kuben Naidoo is absolutely useless. I have no idea what the point of having a private banker is if they can't even assist you in doing the simplest of things. Ever time I call the private wealth centre I speak to a different person. No one ever gets back to me, including Kuben. I completely in shock as to the pathetic level of service I have received.

I find it amazing how you can open an account online in minutes, but closing an account can take weeks. What a JOKE!
