Won't cancel after receiving attorneys instructions

Since FNB has been absolutely useless when I needed assistance I moved to a different bank. Trying to close accounts has been a nightmare. I'm still waiting for settlement letters that were promised in 2-3 working days.

The best part is the two bonds I cancelled. Completely paid up and closed out on 27 February. Yet in March I'm charged interest, service fees and my account debited. I contact premier chat and I'm told it's not yet cancelled, they can't cancel it and I must contact the attorney who handled the cancellation. Big surprise, fnbs attorneys never bothered to contact me and had the new banks attorneys contact me to sign the documents so I do not have their contact details. My other bond is paid up and closed out but not this one. Calling in or contacting support no one will assist.

No one can advise why I'm still being charged monthly service fees for a premier check account I no longer have. Please sort this **** out. I can't have money pouring down the drain due to FNBs continued incompetence
