Wonderful service

I would like to comment on the service I have received from Pearl of FNB Westgate. The waiting was a bit long but she made sure to apologise and keep us informed all the time, one takes this for granted but she made me feel SEEN. She was everywhere all the time helping customers and she still checked up on me when I got to the consultant to make sure that I was still happy with the service. Thank you for your friendliness, helpfulness, attentiveness and courtesy, I am a happy client indeed.
