Wonderful service

I went to Bochum Branch on the 11 of January and the branch was full, nevertheless I was welcomed by a lady at the door and explained that I needed to do my banking and it needed me to come into the branch and I was on lunch. She explained to me that they had a way of booking tickets on the banking app and she taught me how to do it. Today I am back, with the reference number and I am the 1st in line. Fenkie assisted me with reducing my banking fees and now that difference is going into my savings account. Thank you Fenkie for the great service.
