Won't remove judgment from credit bureaus, although account is paid up and closed

On 24 June 2016 my account was paid in full as per settlement offer. I was promised: "once the funds have cleared we will send a request through for the paid up letter and will forward to you the account will then be sent for writeoff and updating of the credit bureaus. The entire process will take just over 30 days."

It's been nearly three months now and still the judgment is not removed by two of the credit bureaus.

I've been sending mails frequently, just to receive feedback that they have sent my query to the administration department.

It's costing me money to everytime get the latest credit bureau reports.

I've been asking for the communication sent by them to the credit bureaus so that I can follow up with them, to no avail.

FNB is very quick to list somebody with the credit bureau, but not so quick to remove it with them.

I want the judgment to be removed ASAP and I want proof.
