WNB (Worst National Bank)

I was ****med on Black Friday and unknowingly purchased solar goods , which I have not received, I phoned FNB to reverse the transactions , I had to plead for them to even consider it , I filled out all their forms and sent them back. I went to the police station to open a case , they turned me away as they needed a detailed verified credit card bank statement. Then the nightmare truly began. Basically after being transferred from department to department , I was refused a detailed bank statement and told to wait until my next monthly statement.

I have In conclusion been sent a letter ,explaining that this was considered a cash purchase , even though an immediate payment was not done , and I did not recieve any goods, and FNB can do nothing.

There were two payments made , the one was reversed that evening , why couldn't they have done the second?

I find it a lack of responsibility and complete apathy , as I had followed all their requests and could only not meet one , opening a case at the police station, and that was due to FNBs refusal to give me a detailed bank statement for my OWN account, for a case to be opened.

Very disappointed and in debt , have been a loyal customer for many years , paying all their fees and at the end of it all not receiving any help when needed most.
