Without warning they freeze my account!
How can you just freeze my credit card without any communication? I have been a client of yours for almost 7 years now with the same FICA and the same account details. I tried to withdraw money from my credit card but it says there is outstanding FICA. I have not even received any communication from you about an issue on my account.
You need to rectify this immediately, I am going to cancel all of my accounts with you.
