WITHOUT a doubt the NUMBER ONE bank

I often go into FNB N1 City mall. Although it is closest to my home, I would travel far and wide to do my banking at this specific branch. They ALWAYS open their doors early - perfect for those of us who actually start work at 9am. You are always greeted by friendly staff members too - even though they've had to open their doors earlier than the time stated on their door. You are in and out with quick helpful service in no time, and when you leave - STD BANK, ABSA, NEDBANK customers are still queued outside their bank. You never have to look for someone to assist you, you are greeted and directed the second you walk in the door - even through the month end madness!<br> <br> It must be an FNB N1 city thing only - because the atmosphere and attitude at some of the other FNB branches are NO competition for N1 City Mall.
